The holiday break is here!

1. Declutter Your Mental Space With A Brain Dump

Holidays can feel overwhelming because your mind juggles a million thoughts—gift lists, social plans, parents, etc.

Here’s a self-care twist you might not have tried yet: a brain dump.

Grab a notebook or open a blank document and jot down everything on your mind. No structure, no rules—just get it all out. Once it’s on paper, you’ll feel lighter. Plus, it clears the mental clutter, giving you more headspace to actually relax.

2. Try A “No-Plan” Day

Everyone’s always talking about being productive or sticking to schedules, but what about doing the exact opposite?

Pick one day during your break when you have absolutely no plans. No alarms, no obligations, no to-do lists—just total freedom to go with the flow.

  • Wake up when you want.
  • Eat whatever sounds good.
  • Spend the day doing what feels right at the moment, whether it’s watching movies, taking a long nap, or staring out the window with zero guilt.
